The plan for this proposed five-star hotel included 362 rooms, with retail shops, convention and entertainment facilities, a health club and a central garden court.

 

The planned location was Toronto’s Yorkville area, in the midst of luxury retail and restaurants.

The hotel is situated in the new part of Ankara in a quiet prime residential area across from Atataturk Boulevard’s embassies and government ministries.

The building comprises a 16-storey tower with 323 guest rooms on an extended platform base that houses business and leisure facilities. These include meeting rooms and a grand ballroom, spa and pool, as well as high-end boutiques and Ankara’s most elegant international restaurant.

The grand six-storey, skylighted atrium features a bridge and a waterfall amidst tropical gardens.
