Lear Healing and
Recreational Centre,
West Milford, New Jersey, USA

The complex comprises 6,000 sq. ft. of healing facilities with indoor and outdoor spaces located on a hill above a lake on a 100 acres property that included a large lake. The complex has been designed with BioGeometrical principles in order to have the best energy quality to enhance the healing process of the users. The construction is under way and completion date is planned for Fall 2012

“It is with great pleasure that I recommend the use of BioGeometry®, as practiced by Dr. Alberghini in all buildings, especially the ones that are dedicated to healing purposes. The integrity of the approach to nature and sensitivity to the laws of building according to energy patterns inherent naturally in the Earth makes this approach unique and effective.”

Naturopathic Clinic

Maple, Ontario, Canada
Size: 8,000 sq. ft.

After having experienced the beneficial effects in other buildings that we have designed with BioGeometry®, the client, a well-known Naturopathic Doctor, requested that his clinic be designed with these principles.

The clinic occupies 8,000 sq. ft. of space at the ground and second floors of a mixed-use building. It includes a large reception and waiting room, three consultation offices, two treatment rooms, a laboratory for specimen tests, an "IV" room with nursing station, a spa with special sauna, two offices for management and accounting, and a lecture hall. The front section of the clinic is dedicated to naturopathic products, with a health bar and kitchen for special food preparation and healing teas.

The Doctors working in the clinic and the patients all acknowledge the sense of a peaceful environment with positive energy that helps the healing process in the clinic.

Mr. Alberghini was able to make all of his submissions and project work to us on time and was highly available and responsive to all requests. Most importantly, his use of BioGeometry® concepts has truly made a difference to my patients and staff.

Within the first month of occupying the space, staff commented on a general sense of health, and each person who enters the space comments on its peacefulness and professionalism. That sense of well-being has continued throughout the past year of being in this space.

We have also subsequently completed a full electromagnetic and radio-frequency field assessment for the space, which has shown the space meets or exceeds Bioinitiative report standards for EMF/RF emissions.”

Residential

Cabbage Town

Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Size: 400 sq. ft.

Substantial renovations conducted by Pier Paolo Alberghini over the past 10 years have transformed this residence into a home that the owners’ call their own “private paradise.”

The most recent project, a solarium on the second floor, has created a year-round garden. There is a natural flow, a continuum, between the indoors and nature.

The owners say that the space has a serene relaxing beauty and has become an inspiring work space as well as a retreat from their busy schedules. Additionally, they are sleeping more soundly in the adjacent master suite. They attribute all of these benefits to the fact that the solarium was designed and built using BioGeometry®

"We engaged Dr. Alberghini to design and supervise the building of a spectacular new solarium and roof garden. Dr. Alberghini has supervised all of our projects with honesty and efficiency. He has always met our taste in design and has worked within our budget. He has also consistently demonstrated a keen sense of proportion and sensitivity to the integrity of the existing structure. Our most recent project, the Solarium on our second floor, is like a year-round garden – an indoor space that is filled with light and has a serene relaxing beauty."

BIOGEOMETRY®

Residential

Mississauga

Ontario, Canada
Size: 10,000 sq. ft.

This private residence in Toronto has the distinction of being the first building in North America to be conceived and built from the ground up using the principles of BioGeometry®.

Built to the highest standards, it is a true “green” building, green in the context of being true to nature and sensitive to Earth’s demands. The application of BioGeometry® has created a habitat that promotes a frequency of optimum health and well-being for the occupants.

Blending with the neighbouring houses (as required by the Building Department) and built with natural materials, this home is a beacon of health, affecting the surrounding neighbourhood. The BioGeometric principles used in the design and construction allow the house to have a positive effect on pollution and on any deleterious EMF emissions caused by high-tension wires and cellphone towers.

Dr. Ibrahim Karim, prime consultant on this project, sums up BioGeometry® as follows: “BioGeometry® is a science that deals with the Energy of Shape; it uses shapes, colours, motion, orientation and sound to produce a vibrational quality that balances energy fields. BioGeometrical shapes are two- and three-dimensional shapes especially designed to interact with the earth’s energy fields to produce balancing effects on multiple levels of biological systems.”

BioGeometrical devices were connected to the "power spot" or energy fountain from Earth to enable the distribution of the beneficial energy throughout the whole building

Once the Site was cleared of the existing structures, an examination of the inherent Earth energies present was done, detecting the magnetic grids and other natural forces that were present. This is a custom procedure that is used to build according to BioGeometry®, since we want the design to conform as much as possible to the natural offerings of the environment.

The "invisible" forces -and yet very effective and detectable- if honored and respected, can enhance the building in a very positive way. This is how BioGeometry® principles respect the environment to build "green". It is a different "green" than is used in today's construction parameters and LEED principles. Not only is it a way to look at conservation and prevent pollution, it is also a way to build according to a natural harmonization with nature to take advantage of its gifts. As well, BioGeometry® can beneficially change the deleterious effects of the man-made pollution.

In this Site, during our assessment, we detected a "spring " of energy coming up from a specific spot and marked it (yellow circle in the photo), in order to distribute the energy to the whole construction. In ancient times this was a usual procedure: to place and build the walls according to the magnetic grids and underground water as much as possible, so that the construction would take advantage of the natural energy of Earth and have a building that resonates with a beneficial environment for the users. Dr. Karim has rediscovered this procedure and refined it with the invention of BioGeometry® principles and devices that allow the achievement of what is experienced as healing and enhancing the energy for the users.

BIOGEOMETRY®

Residential

Royal York

Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Size: 1,200 sq. ft.

When the interior of this residence was destroyed by a fire, there was an opportunity to transform the cramped rooms into an open-concept and contemporary space. The challenge was to work within the original footprint to maintain the foundations and the previous setbacks from property lines, as the new setbacks would have further restricted the already limited footprint.

The interior was re-configured to add a half-storey at the rear, creating a second-floor loft master suite. Guest quarters were created on the lower level. The main floor interior was opened up to a two-storey high foyer and living room, which greatly expanded the feeling of space in this 1,200 sq. ft. home.

The house is designed with BioGeometrical principles, and the energy and well-being is felt inside and outside as a result. After the house was finished, the street and the neighbourhood started changing, with a resulting harmonious scale and appearance that was not present before the rebuilding. The client attributes this transformation to the influence of BioGeometry®.

"Dr. Alberghini is one of a few qualified architects to include BioGeometry® in his designs, and within my home he included many very subtle adjustments to the angle of a step, a wall, the wiring, etc., that provide a special balance and harmony to the overall quality of the structure. I highly recommend the use of this science in the design of any home as the added dimension that it provides takes very little adjustment to a plan and the results are very positive in their subtle influence."
